๐ŸŒฟโ€Š 2โ€“3 celery stalks, chopped
๐Ÿง„โ€Š 4โ€“6 garlic cloves, crushed

๐ŸŒฑโ€Š Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley) or 1โ€“2 tsp dried
๐Ÿง‚โ€Š 1โ€“2 tsp salt (add more to taste at the end)
