📝 Ingredients: 🥩 1 lb Elk Ridge Farm Ground Elk Meat
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🌶️ Taco Seasoning:
🧂 4 tbsp taco seasoning
💦 1 cup water
🌿 1 green bell pepper, diced
🧅 1 white onion, diced
🫘 1/2 can (8 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
🧀 12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
🌽 6 oz tortilla chips

Prepare the Elk Meat:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add ground elk meat, diced onions, and bell peppers. Stir and cook until the meat is browned and the vegetables are soft (about 8 minutes).
3️⃣ Sprinkle taco seasoning over the mixture and pour in water.
4️⃣ Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Stir in black beans.

Build the Nachos:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
3️⃣ Spoon the seasoned elk mixture over the chips.
4️⃣ Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake & Enjoy:
1️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
2️⃣ Add fresh toppings like guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro for extra flavour.
